In May 2010, Woodseer Management Consulting was asked to lead the organization and facilitate the Head of Mission Week of the OCG. The Head Of Mission week is a crucial strategic moment in the life of the OCG as Country Directors gather in the headquarters in Geneva to discuss operational challenges and the future direction of the organization.

MSF South Africa  is one of the youngest, and therefore one of the most dynamic, addition to the MSF International network. Not only did MSF carry out HIV programs as early as 2000 in South Africa, but the potential of South Africa as a contributor to MSF was acknowledge with the opening of the section in 2007.  MSF South Africa recruits medical staff and other professionals to work in MSF projects around the world. The MSF Operational Center OCBA is mostly composed of the Greek and Spanish sections of MSF. Based in Barcelona and Athens, OCBA is one of the five MSF operational centers that runs medical operations across the world and it is the smallest of the five. In 2009, Woodseer Management Consulting was approach by the management of OCBA to carry out an internal study of the vision that the top management shared of the future of OCBA. This vision paper was part of  a broader strategic review that the management of OCBA was carrying out and formed the basis of a recent strategic plan.

MSF-Hong Kong (MSF HK) was established in 1994, first as a delegation office, and later as one of the 19 partner sections of the international MSF movement. It supports MSF’s field projects through raising awareness of humanitarian crises, recruiting field workers and raising funds as well as having an emergency response capacity to natural disasters. SKYTREX Adventure provides an organized outdoor ‘eco-recreational cum educational’ activity which will take the participants from tree to tree via series of aerial obstacles suspended at 3 meters to 22 meters in the air.
